The hotel is a cozy spot, very clean and nicely done up, with friendly staff. The location is convenient, just a short walk from Earls Court Station and surrounded by various dining options. The dining experience is basic but adequate. However, there were some issues with the night front desk receptionist's behavior that marred the overall experience.
